- Goods are sent out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only.
- There may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances. We will, however, endeavour to ship out orders as soon as possible upon confirmation of payment.
- Orders are shipped out according to Order Number. Multiple Orders will not be combined.
- For all sales enquiries, kindly email us at shop@okhballet.com with your order number.
- All emails will be attended to within 5 working days.
OKH Ballet reserves the right to accept or reject any order(s).
Local Delivery
- All local orders are delivered by SingPost SmartPac. Local delivery will take about 3 – 14 working days.
- Please note local delivery applies to all addresses except no-go zones such as restricted address, offshore islands, hotels etc.
- Orders can be tracked on singpost.com or SingPost mobile app.
- Standard delivery is at SGD$10.00.
Complimentary delivery applies for local purchases above S$150. This does not apply to items on promotion, special discount or on sales.
Overseas Delivery
Overseas orders are delivered via courier – FedEx or DHL. It will take about 7 – 30 Days.
