Exchange Policy

  1. Items can only be exchanged if:
    • They are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and not used. All original tags or labels must be intact.
    • They are in saleable condition.
    • The original invoice is presented within 30 days from date of purchase.
  1. Gift cards, sale, and clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
  2. There will be no refund of difference if the exchanged item is lower in price than the original item.
  3. Products which show signs of use (e.g., markings on the sole of shoes, make-up stains/deodorant stains) are not eligible for exchange.
  4. Tights and undergarments are strictly non-exchangeable.

Exchange of items is only available at our physical store.

Refunds are strictly not allowed. Instead, credit notes are issued in place of refunds. The credit notes are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and must be used within the validity date.

OKH Ballet reserve the right to reject any exchange deem unfit or unreasonable.

Procedures for Exchange

  1. Email a photo of the original/defective item and invoice number to shop@okhballet.com with the header ‘Product Exchange’.
  2. Upon confirmation of stock availability for the item to be exchanged, the item will be kept under reservation. However, should the item be out of stock, a credit note will be issued in its place.
  3. Your request for exchange will be processed within 7 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) from date of receipt of the required paperwork.
  4. Head down to our physical store to return and exchange your item.
