ADITEP JANE CONTEMPORARY WORKSHOP
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Registration form and full payment must be submitted on or before 30 October 2024.
- A late payment fee is chargeable for registration and payment received on or after 30 October 2024.
- Payment may be made in cash, cheque, bank transfer, or PayNow. Please make cheque payable to “OKH BALLET CENTRE”. For bank transfer or PayNow, please make payment to UOB 118-305-4541 or UEN 33010300L, and send a screenshot of the confirmation to +65 9111 4753.
- All fees paid are NON-REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE.
- There is strictly NO PRO-RATING OR REFUNDS for any missed sessions for any reasons whatsoever (illness, injuries, examinations). This applies to unforeseeable closures mandated by any government authorities.

- OKH Ballet Centre reserves the right to alter the publicised programme and faculty as necessary without prior notice.
- OKH Ballet Centre and its agents will NOT be held responsible for any injury or for the loss of any property during the workshop. Participants are reminded to bring along any personal medication and/or personal first aid kit and to leave their valuables at home.
- All participants will receive a certificate of participation at the end of the workshop
- All participants are expected to observe the terms and conditions set out by OKH Ballet Centre.
